the bailbrook is a lovely place! the staff were super friendly and professional. they showed us around and explained everything when we arrived. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great selection of pastries, muffins, and a hot breakfast. also, the fitness room had top-quality equipment to keep us active during our stay.

The stay at Bailbrook was exceptional. The room was a Classic Double, spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable bed and stunning views of Bath. The staff was professional, ensuring that all my business needs were met seamlessly, including assisting with the printing of documents. The breakfast featured a diverse menu, with freshly made pastries and high-quality coffee.

The drive up the hill to the property can really get the blood pumping, tiring guests out by the time they arrive. Dining experiences, while enjoyable, came with higher prices and service charges that made some feel undervalued for what they received. I also noticed a peculiar off smell during my time in some common areas, which took away from the otherwise nice atmosphere.

this valentine's day was incredible. my previous stay in bath was lovely, but the bailbrook truly exceeded my expectations with its stunning grounds and attentive staff. breakfast was a delight, featuring freshly baked pastries and organic juices, making our mornings special.
